Please improve the mobile app so it’s fully usable on the go—like the desktop version. We need to be able to manage reservations directly in-app (add, edit, bookings, move bookings between units, cancel bookings, and update availability/prices). So, it can be used sometimes without a laptop or a browser on the phone, which is slow and inconvenient. It would also make sense to integrate a simple in-app chat here, mainly for short messages and for having a quick overview of the latest conversation with the guest.

Please add a small, visible message thread inside each reservation (or at least a “message history” preview), so we can instantly see: • whether the guest received the automatic messages, • the last message sent / last guest reply, • open questions or issues (“struggles”), without having to search the guest manually in the front app.

Ideally, this could be: • a simple checkbox (“Business trip”) during data entry, or • a selectable field in the guest information. This is important because in some cities city tax does not apply to business stays over 14Nights. If the booking is marked as a business trip: • the system could automatically flag it as tax-exempt, or • prevent the city tax from being charged from the start. This would reduce manual corrections, avoid overcharging guests, and ensure correct tax reporting.
